Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of all construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  • Lead the construction team, delegating tasks to superintendents effectively.
  • Establish and monitor project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints.
  • Verify that all work complies with established plans, specifications, local regulations, and project scope.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for each project, including photographs, contracts, and change orders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to meet production goals while maintaining profitability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
  • Exposure to high noise levels typical of construction sites.
  • Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
