Licensed Practical Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, collecting and analyzing data to inform care decisions.
Requirements:
Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice
Current TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification
One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred
