Position Overview
Job Title: Staff Nurse LPN
Employment Status: Non-exempt
Salary: Up to $28.96 per hour

Role Summary
The Staff Nurse LPN is responsible for delivering direct nursing care to patients, encompassing a range of general nursing responsibilities and patient education. This role collaborates closely with the clinic team, including fellow nursing staff, healthcare providers, and administrative personnel.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Comprehensive understanding of health management and service delivery
  • Familiarity with the cultural dynamics of LCDF's patient demographics
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and spreadsheets; familiarity with Medical Manager is advantageous

  • Compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulations of the State of New Mexico

Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited LPN, ADN, or BSN program.
  • Current New Mexico LPN/RN License; valid CPR certification; ongoing CEU maintenance.
