Job Summary

Bond Health Staffing is seeking an experienced Program Director Associate to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health services and supervisory experience.

About the Role

The Program Director Associate will be responsible for providing direct supervision to assigned staff, reviewing documentation to ensure person-centered services, and assisting with overall operations of IMT services. This role also involves building relationships with community service providers, attending meetings and training sessions, and maintaining a caseload of participants.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision to assigned staff, ensuring they are meeting agency values and standards.
  • Review team member documentation to ensure services are linked to assessment activities and entered in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Program Director with overall operations, including planning and facilitating meetings, providing clinical support, and ensuring on-call service availability.
  • Build working relationships with hospitals, courts, jails, prisons, shelter, housing providers, DOHMH, and other community service providers.
  • Maintain a caseload of participants, assessing their needs and providing individual and group IMT services as needed.
Requirements
  • LCSW or LMHC licensure in the state of New York.
  • A minimum of three years direct clinical experience with adults in a behavioral health setting.
  • A minimum of one year supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to work in the community, including use of public transportation.
