The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in the organization's day-to-day administration of personnel activities. This includes policies and procedures, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, personnel and benefits administration, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts, and work towards resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee HR-related activities, including staffing, compensation, managing records, time reporting, and employee relations.
- Manage all other HR personnel, including scheduling and work performance.
- Maintain confidentiality for HR-related issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Human Resources is required.
- Experience with time management programs, such as Exponent HR.
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll programs.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CARF regulations and requirements.
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
