Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in the organization's day-to-day administration of personnel activities. This includes policies and procedures, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, personnel and benefits administration, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts, and work towards resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee HR-related activities, including staffing, compensation, managing records, time reporting, and employee relations.
  • Manage all other HR personnel, including scheduling and work performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality for HR-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Human Resources is required.
  • Experience with time management programs, such as Exponent HR.
  • Proficiency in Excel and payroll programs.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CARF regulations and requirements.
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
