Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on production and operating equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and operating equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Repair and maintain AC/DC drives and motors to ensure optimal performance.
  • Handle hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Collaborate with production team to understand and address equipment issues and improve operational performance.
  • Implement improvements to equipment and processes to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of maintenance work performed, and provide reports as required.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical systems, AC/DC drives & motors, and hydraulic systems.
  • A strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • A proactive approach to maintenance, with the ability to anticipate and address issues before they escalate.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
