Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide patient counseling and education on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory, ordering, and stocking to ensure optimal levels.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve patient issues and improve care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local medical communities to promote pharmacy services and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
  • At least 1 year pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and pharmacy operations.
