Client Service Associate - Wealth Management

A well-established insurance and financial planning firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized client service associate who can interact with clients and has a keen eye for accuracy. They are a boutique financial planning firm serving high net worth individuals, business owners, and professionals. Their office values teamwork and delivers exceptional client service. The Client Service Associate supports the Advisor in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mailings and correspondence
  • Client reception and service
  • Calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Tracking logs and records
  • Licensing and compliance
  • Filing and document management
  • Phone coverage and communication
  • Preparation of monthly reports for management review
  • Client information updates on internal databases
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and typing
  • Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and think ahead
  • Highly communicative, organized, friendly, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ethical standards in working with confidential client information
