Job Description

Archer Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with prospective customers, primarily targeting Fortune 1000 and enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Southeast region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers in private and publicly traded companies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales development representatives, marketing, and product teams, to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Utilize Archer's risk management solutions to address customer pain points and demonstrate value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue growth and customer acquisition goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in enterprise software/IT sales.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, audit, ESG, and cyber risk domains.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
