Field Service Engineer HPLC/UPLC Specialist

At Pace Analytical Services, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer HPLC/UPLC to join our Technical Field Services (TFS) division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical solutions and support services to customers, including routine maintenance, operational and performance testing, hardware and software troubleshooting, instrument repair, and personnel training.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot application software.
- Offer on-site and remote customer support.
- Develop and deliver technical training on analytical systems.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related science.
- Equipment service experience, highly preferred.
- Experience working with chromatography systems (HPLC, UHPLC, LCMS, GC, GCMS, IC).
- LC/MS or LC/MS/MS experience, preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Able to travel up to 25 percent.
