Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Insight Global. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, Excel, and SQL skills, as well as expertise in data mining and analytics.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior executives and drive business strategy through critical end-to-end production support of metric reporting routines. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality reports and dashboards, identifying areas of discrepancy, and applying advanced Excel and SQL skills to produce efficient reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and consistent delivery of reporting requirements using existing macros and code.
  • Identify and proactively resolve code or macro breaks.
  • Develop and apply macro/code fixes and creation.
  • Capture, manipulate, and clean data from multiple sources and systems of record.
  • Apply a critical eye to catch errors or discrepancies.
  • Apply advanced Excel and SQL skills to produce reporting in an efficient manner.
  • Remain nimble and positive when priorities change and Adhoc needs arise.
  • Show a sense of urgency and attention to detail as standard work practice.
  • Collaborate effectively.
  • Prioritize workbench deliverables effectively.
  • Follow up on reporting requests and questions in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Advanced Excel skills (5+ years).
  • Moderate-to-advanced SQL skills (5+ years).
  • Data mining experience (7+ years).
  • Analytics experience – dissect, distill, and simplify data (7+ years).

As a Data Analyst at Insight Global, you can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
