This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate with supervisors and line workers, and a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for specification compliance, documentation, and legible record keeping for the line. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and three to six months of related work experience or training. You will be expected to work safely at all times, be on the floor 95% of the shift, and be able to work a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities
