Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiting Intern at Pkaza LLC. As a Recruiting Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized recruiting firm in the mission-critical data center space.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sales, and marketing. You will work closely with our experienced team to execute a sourcing strategy aimed at generating a robust candidate pipeline. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and sourcing candidates on a national level using targeted professional groups and networking groups, internet mining, and job boards.
  • Identifying and updating profiles within our applicant tracking system (ATS), reviewing resumes, and understanding the market you are supporting.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of key sourcing tools and providing reports on sourcing activity and results.
  • Editing and formatting resumes for client submittal.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be in the process of attaining a BA degree or Associates.
  • To be willing to learn and be trained in a new industry.
  • To be personable and able to make cold and warm phone calls and emails to candidates.
  • To have demonstrated proficiency using the internet, Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • To have knowledge of technology recruiting (a plus).
  • To have an assertive approach with fellow colleagues.
  • To have strong follow-up skills.
  • To be able to work well independently and be trusted to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • To be detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • To have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • To thrive in a fast-paced environment.
