Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery and team performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sheetmetal construction, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Valid Journeyman license in sheetmetal trade.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
