Job Summary:

The Pre-Construction Coordinator will be responsible for production and maintenance of Residential and Multifamily Electrical drawings. Must have working Electrical knowledge of Single Family & Multifamily Residential Construction.

General Job Duties and Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate, and produce Drawings Read & evaluate prints/drawings, specifications, cut sheets & submittals Work with Project Manager & Foreman to maintain/update/correct field drawingsWork with Project Manager & Foreman in document tracking & distribution Maintain pre-construction/drawing dept. SOW notes to assure accuracy of drawings. Initiate, track, and complete pre-construction check list for individual projectsProvide and complete administrative tasks and project coordination activitiesAttend weekly office production meetingsMaintain personal knowledge and proficiency on NEC & installed products

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Operate as a team member of KEP Electric Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailMust be self-motivated, positive in approach, & professional.Coordination with PM, Foreman, & SF Sup. for primarily project documentation, tracking and distribution.

Education, Certification, License & Skill Requirements:

Proficient with Bluebeam, CAD, Illustrator, etc. Proficient with Microsoft Office (work, Excel, PowerPoint, & MS Project)Attention to detailOrganizationCommunication (written and verbal)
