Job Description

BAE Systems USA is seeking a highly skilled Principal Program Control Analyst to join our team in Lexington, MA. As a key member of our FAST Labs Microelectronics Team, you will be responsible for the financial reporting and day-to-day financial operations of the Thermal Sensors portfolio. This role will involve preparing and maintaining all Common Build projects and Unit Production Cost reporting, as well as developing the Integrated Business Plan with the Product Line Director and Program Team. You will also be involved in cost proposals and commercial pricing exercises, and will provide guidance to the entire portfolio to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial reporting and day-to-day financial operations of the Thermal Sensors portfolio
  • Preparation and maintenance of all Common Build projects and Unit Production Cost reporting
  • Development of the Integrated Business Plan with the Product Line Director and Program Team
  • Involved in cost proposals and commercial pricing exercises
  • Capital and New Business Funding reporting
  • Provide guidance to the entire portfolio to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 4 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems
  • Demonstrated in-depth analytical skills
  • Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work teams
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
  • Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
