About the RoleThis is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with no after-hours call. As a Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician, you will provide quality, compassionate care to patients in skilled nursing facilities through weekday rounding.
Responsibilities- Provide cardiology consults for adults in skilled nursing facilities Monday through Friday
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in educational opportunities through TeamHealth and AMDA
- Contribute to the growth and development of our team
We ask that candidates have a current Pennsylvania nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) license and DEA. Preferred candidates have two (2) years of cardiology or post-acute care experience. Additional cardiology training will be provided.
