Working Hours:

Our facility operates from 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling options.

Position Summary:

The Golf Operations Associate will play a crucial role in managing green fee collections accurately, responding to phone inquiries courteously, facilitating merchandise sales, and aiding in tournament setup and preparations. This position involves making tee-time arrangements for guests both in-person and via phone. Additionally, the Golf Operations Associate will support outdoor golf services, including assisting with Outside Services, Driving Range, and Miniature Golf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with all guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Adhere to proper cash handling protocols during transactions.
  • Be aware of merchandise sales targets and ongoing promotions.
  • Participate in monthly inventory assessments of merchandise.
  • Adapt to varying schedules based on business requirements. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions and meetings is expected.
  • Arrive for shifts in appropriate uniform and grooming as per company standards.
  • Assist with tournament operations as required.

Position Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with a keen attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Valid RBS Certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
