Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently clean dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and silverware using both manual and machine methods.
Safely transport clean and dry tableware to designated areas in dining rooms and kitchens.
Maintain cleanliness of working areas, steam tables, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment.
Assist in the preparation of fruits and vegetables, adhering to state youth labor laws.
Manage waste disposal from kitchen areas.
Thoroughly sweep and mop floors at the end of each shift.
Adhere to the daily sanitation cleaning schedule.
Receive and stock groceries as needed.
Identify and discard broken or chipped glassware after consulting with the Sous Chef.
Support the setup and breakdown of special functions and deliver food to various locations as required.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old
No prior experience necessary
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
