Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Client Intake Specialist to join our team at The Matian Firm, APC. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a crucial role in screening leads, obtaining case details, and determining whether a case should be retained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen telephone calls and schedule attorney-client consultations
  • Persistently monitor potential new client inquiries and establish relationships
  • Update logs and reporting systems to reflect client status
  • Conduct client interviews with empathy and compassion
  • Schedule appointments and take accurate notes during consultations
  • Collaborate with attorneys to complete the initial consultation process
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to new cases and database maintenance
  • Follow instructions from supervising attorneys and perform accordingly

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with customer service experience a major plus
  • Strong background with performance-based metrics
  • Case Management software experience is a major plus
  • Resourceful and motivated to solve issues
  • Strong attention to detail and proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines
