About the Role

At St. Lukes Health System, we are seeking an exceptional Clinical Team Lead to join our dedicated team of Registered Nurses. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing clinical training and preceptorship, conducting team meetings, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless coverage across our four office locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with medical assistants, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, physicians, and advanced practice professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Assist with staffing needs, scheduling, and time-off management.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a registered nurse.
  • CURRENT RN licensure from the State of Practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
