Job Overview

The Staff RN Supervisor is a critical role within our organization, responsible for leading a team of registered nurses and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care. As a supervisor, you will be accountable for providing guidance, coaching, and support to your team members, while also driving quality improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of registered nurses, providing feedback and coaching to promote professional growth and development.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, analyzing data and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and promote a culture of safety and respect.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • CURRENT RN licensure from the State of Practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
