About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative ensures that our guests receive exceptional service while handling cash transactions and parking operations. This role is responsible for taking payments, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns.
  • Issue and collect visitor parking tickets, match tickets to parking rate schedules, and collect proper payment from visitors.
  • Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
  • Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in and around the cashiers booth.
  • Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred.

Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent operation of small office equipment, standing for extended periods, and working in outdoor environments with varying temperatures.
