Position Summary

Holmatro Incorporated, a premier manufacturer of rescue tools, is in search of an ERP Systems Manager with expertise in enterprise resource planning systems, processes, and governance. This role entails overseeing the ERP system and associated applications while collaborating with cross-functional team leaders to ensure the optimization of applications and processes within the manufacturing sector. The ERP Systems Manager will also manage local hardware and IT security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to all departments, effectively communicating and training technical information to diverse audiences. Maintain ongoing communication to improve daily operations within the ERP.
  • Oversee the execution of the overall ERP strategy, which includes:
  • Monitoring system performance and security to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Maintaining, optimizing, testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing underlying issues.
  • Developing and implementing software enhancements to improve business processes through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensuring timely software upgrades and modifications, leveraging support from external vendors and leading internal testing efforts.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to ERP system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Providing training and support to staff on the effective use of the ERP system and best practices.
  • Developing dashboards and reports for departmental users and management teams.
  • Managing customizations and the related update validation process.
  • Overseeing and maintaining system configurations and associated hardware, including onsite servers, user hardware inventory, security systems, telecommunication packages, and printers.
  • Responding to and assisting with local hardware requirements.
  • Collaborating with the global IT team to apply network security patches to servers and network devices.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
    • Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of business systems experience will be considered.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems in the manufacturing and/or distribution sectors, including knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and querying concepts.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in developing applications, dashboards, and reports for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) ERP, version 9.01 or higher, utilizing Mongoose and Intelligent Data Objects (IDO).
  • Familiarity with Infor ERP suites, preferably CSI and LN Cloud + Factory Track.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 + Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory & Entra, and basic programming principles along with IP networking concepts, including VLANs and QOS.

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Regular communication is necessary, and the ability to lift, carry, or move IT hardware items up to 30 lbs is required. Occasional bending, kneeling, and stooping may be necessary when setting up equipment.

Position Type and Hours
This is a full-time, on-site role, with expected hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is permitted, but availability during core hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. is essential. Occasional weekend work may be required for system upgrades and troubleshooting.

Travel Requirements
This position does not necessitate travel.
