Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Join our team at Fairfield by Marriott Times Square New York as a Front Office Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the front office staff, managing the day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Ensure that guests are greeted, checked in, and allocated rooms promptly and courteously.
  • Front Office Operations: Supervise the front office staff, manage the front desk, and ensure that all front office areas are clean and orderly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train the front office staff, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the front office administrative tasks, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and billing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in hotel front office operations, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel management software.
