**Company Overview:** At Thom Child And Family Services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional early intervention services to infants and toddlers in the Norwood, MA area. We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Interventionist to join our team.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $85,000 per year

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide high-quality home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers who have or are at risk for developmental delays. The successful candidate will work closely with parents/caregivers to develop and implement individualized intervention plans that promote healthy child development. This includes conducting assessments, providing direct services, and collaborating with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's developmental status.* Develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that prioritize family strengths and needs.* Provide direct child development services and activities developmentally appropriate for children 0-3 and their families.* Collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery.* Act as service coordinator for families, scheduling and implementing intervention plans as needed.* Provide supportive professional assistance to families and facilitate parent-child interactions to encourage child development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work OR Certified or Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, LHMC)* Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families* Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development* Ability to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and community partners* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong organizational and time management skills* Current driver's license and reliable transportation* Bilingual/Bicultural a plus.
