Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Assembly: Assemble and package menu items according to Zaxby's standards, ensuring that all food items are prepared to meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Properly hold and store all food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment to prevent malfunction and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to management promptly, ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Portion Control and Presentation: Prepare all food items to the correct portion size and presentation standards, ensuring that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and storage areas, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Waste Management: Take out the trash, sweep, and mop restaurant areas as needed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Parking Lot Sweeps: Conduct parking lot sweeps as needed, ensuring that our parking lot is clean and free of debris.
