Job Summary

Zaxby's Tullahoma is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging menu items to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Assembly: Assemble and package menu items according to Zaxby's standards, ensuring that all items meet our quality and presentation expectations.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Properly hold and store all food items to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to management promptly.
  • Portion Control and Presentation: Prepare all food items and maintain portion control to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and storage areas, and take out the trash, sweep, and mop restaurant areas as needed.
