Job Summary: Exceptional children in Iredell-Statesville School District require specialized support to reach their full potential. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing tailored education plans to address their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and coordinate speech-language therapy programs for students with special needs.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with families, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
  3. Conduct regular screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers on strategies for supporting students with speech-language impairments.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
  • NC DPI G License.
  • Proven experience working with students of various age groups, preferably in a school setting.


Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
