Key Responsibilities:
- Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions using appropriate products and services to eliminate pest issues.
- Administer pest treatments and install products to ensure a pest-free environment.
- Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment effectively.
Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and propose effective pest control solutions while informing them of additional services that may provide added value.
Continuous Development: Gain expertise in a wide range of products and services through comprehensive, paid training. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Participate in employer-sponsored training on innovative methods and products in pest management. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local licensing requirements.
Position Requirements:
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
- Possess a valid driver's license and undergo a motor vehicle driving record evaluation.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and gain knowledge in pest management.
