Job Title: Outbound Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Professional to join our team at Triangle Home Services. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell services to achieve monthly revenue and sales quotas, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Make outbound calls to increase leads and revenue, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our services and packages, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Navigate and utilize various databases and applications to accurately and efficiently manage customer transactions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information, including personal and financial data, and adhere to Triangle's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems and databases, with a strong understanding of data entry and management.
Education and Experience:
  • College degree (preferred), with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) (required), with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
Pay Structure:

This position is performance-based, with an hourly rate plus sales commissions. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career growth and development.
