Job Summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Director to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. As a key member of our clinical management team, you will be responsible for establishing, administering, and directing the PACT program, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Management
    • Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and policies in alignment with Catholic Charities' mission and vision.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PACT team, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, agency policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Clinical Supervision and Leadership
    • Provide clinical supervision to PACT team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
    • Lead daily organizational staff meetings and treatment planning meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
    • Encourage and guide staff in ways that are consistent with the mission and vision of Catholic Charities.
  • Client Services and Support
    • Direct and coordinate client admission, treatment, rehabilitation, and support services in coordination with psychiatric providers.
    • Conduct clinical assessments and provide direct clinical treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients.
    • Establish and maintain working relationships with community resources, coordinate patient treatment with other providers, and initiate referrals to medical providers and other community resources as needed.
  • Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement
    • Carry out and document quality-assurance activities and reviews of use of program services.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in social work or nursing.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of two years' experience in direct clinical treatment services with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Electronic Health Records skills (EHR).
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Possess and utilize effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to provide service in a culturally competent manner.
    • Ability to be self-motivated, work independently, and as a team member.
    • Ability to represent the agency in a professional manner within the community.
    • Ability to conduct client home visits as needed.
    • Knowledge of team management/supervision.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Licensed in the State of Washington as a LICSW Associate.
    • Agency Affiliation in the State of WA Required.
    • Valid Washington State driver's license and required minimum liability insurance for WA State.
