Job OverviewTNP is seeking an experienced Civil Design Professional to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing various public and private sector projects with a focus on land development, municipal infrastructure, and transportation improvements.

Estimated Salary Range:$83,000 - $118,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce a range of land development projects, including residential and commercial developments.
  • Develop and implement design solutions for public works and private development improvement projects, such as streets, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet project goals within established budgets and timelines.
  • Leverage project management skills in accordance with TNP standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide construction administration services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Current registration as a Professional Engineer (Civil) in the State of Texas or ability to obtain certification within one year.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Four to eight years of experience in land development design, with a preference for single-family residential design.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to manage and schedule work to meet objectives and deadlines.
