Job Summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Systems Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Assist in the analysis, definition, and documentation of technical specifications for new and existing applications, ensuring compliance with CEVA IT methodologies.
  • Perform system maintenance, configurations, and installations of various hardware technologies and software products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Operate and maintain CEVA computer systems, including PCs, printers, RF equipment, data collection devices, and other related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain IT training materials and work instructions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and onboarding of new team members.
  • Train and educate internal stakeholders on IT-related topics, promoting a culture of technical awareness and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the CEVA Corporate office to prioritize and resolve IT tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and escalate IT issues as necessary, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing business impact.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CEVA applications, providing technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve IT service delivery, ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in logistics applications, including transportation, warehousing, cross-docking, sequencing, and other related technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Work, Excel, Visio, and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or logistics.
