Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will spearhead the design and development of product firmware utilizing microcontrollers and real-time operating systems (RTOS), ensuring adherence to industry standards throughout the PCB design, artwork, and manufacturing stages. Collaboration with UI/UX teams is crucial for crafting user-friendly product interfaces, while also working closely with suppliers and manufacturing facilities to enhance production efficiency and address technical challenges. Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in hardware development
- Expertise in PCB schematic capture and layout software (e.g., Altium)
- Experience in developing electronic and small electrical appliance products
- Proficient in firmware development using microcontrollers and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Solid understanding of both analog and digital hardware development, including processors with WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities
- Familiarity with LCD displays and user interface design principles
- Ability to create embedded firmware and utilize Python scripting
- Experience in collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing to streamline production processes
- Strong project management abilities, capable of overseeing timelines and deliverables
