Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans\
- Provide respiratory care services to critically ill patients\
- Perform endotracheal tube insertion and removal procedures\
- Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives\
- Teach and counsel patients and families on respiratory health and wellness\\
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care\\
- Comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to organizational standards\\
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in respiratory therapy\\
- Ensure patient safety and well-being at all times\\
Requirements:

- Possess an active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent\
- Hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification\
- Hold current state licensure\
- Achieve ACLS certification within six months of hire\\
- Minimum one year of related experience is preferred\\
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills\\
- Exhibit adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment\\
