About the Job
- You will evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans to ensure optimal care.
- Provide respiratory care to patients with complex medical conditions, including insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
- Promote continuous quality improvement and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Teach and counsel patients and their families to empower them in their care journey.
Requirements
- CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent is mandatory.
- A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required by start date.
- Current state licensure is necessary.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of related experience is desirable.
