Digital Experience Strategist

Job Summary
Aquent is seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy team for Digital Experiences and Merchandizing group in Online Retail, you will play a crucial role in supporting work on future-state digital experiences and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices across retail, customer experience, emerging tech trends, and content.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Develop clear and concise briefs for the Marketing & Communications (Marcom) team to guide content creation.
- Stay current with online trends and Gen Z insights to inform strategy and tailor content and experiences effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail or technology sector, with a background in retail strategy, digital customer experience, innovation, or content strategy.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective content and innovation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Expertise in synthesizing complex data into meaningful insights.
- Strong storytelling skills and experience presenting to an executive audience.
