The Role:

As a SONIC Drive-In Shift Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring the daily operations of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary goal will be to provide quality food and service to our guests in a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the restaurant's daily operations
  • Supervise and develop a team of Great People to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure that all guests leave the restaurant satisfied and eager to return
  • Manage the restaurant's inventory, labor, and guest service to optimize performance
  • Maintain and enforce SONIC safety and sanitation standards
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • High standards for self and the team
  • Positive attitude, especially during rushes or stressful situations
  • Resiliency and a willingness to learn and grow professionally and personally
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks accordingly
