Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality control processes within our construction organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products to include; power point, excel, office, visio, PowerBI, project professional, and Teams.
  • Experience in leading vendor teams developing and launching scalable programs leveraging technology, tooling, and business processes.
  • 7+ years in construction project management of Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities.
  • Degrees and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar experiences.
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Construction Health & Safety Knowledge. OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred.
  • Experiene working on data center projects.
  • Understanding of datacenter and topologies or equivalent mission critical facility background.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to extract and summarize large, complex data from multiple databases and systems.
  • Team player with ability to influence cross functional team and leadership team in driving process improvement and efficiencies.
