Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Care Specialist to join our team at Nurses Direct. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to our clients in need of mental health services.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care and support to individuals, children, and families in need of mental health services
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
* Utilize your expertise in psychiatric, psychological, and substance abuse/dependency services to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral health major
* Licensed in the State of Louisiana as a LPC, LMSW, LMCW, or LMFT
* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the delivery of treatment services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
