Position Summary:
The Service Advisor serves as a vital link between Service Technicians and clients. Our employees are our greatest asset, and we foster growth through dedication, collaboration, and innovation. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, providing exceptional service and clarifying Technicians' recommendations while suggesting necessary services to maintain vehicles in optimal condition.

Compensation Structure:
The base hourly wage is $16.00, with significant commission opportunities based on overall performance and various factors.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining communication with government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business, utilizing the bidding process effectively.
  • Soliciting commercial fleet accounts.
  • Ensuring quality service delivery for all fleet sales.
  • Providing the service department manager with monthly forecasts of commercial and fleet vehicle sales.
  • Regularly following up on dealership payments for delivered fleet and commercial vehicles.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Attending management meetings as required.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.

Expectations:

  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to meet and exceed manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) requirements.
  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
  • Strong character and work ethic.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Focus and determination to achieve sales targets.
  • Dependable, responsible team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
