Role Summary:
The Service Consultant serves as the crucial link between our Service Technicians and our clientele. Our team members are our greatest asset, and we foster an environment that promotes growth through collaboration, creativity, and dedication. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, providing them with valuable insights into the Technicians' recommendations and advising on services necessary to maintain their vehicles in optimal condition.
Future Ford is committed to maintaining a professional yet family-oriented atmosphere. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and as our dealership expands, so do the earnings potential for our Service Consultants, with typical monthly earnings ranging from $8,000 to $15,000.
Compensation Structure:
The base hourly wage starts at $16.00, with significant commission opportunities based on performance metrics and other criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining communication with government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business, actively engaging in the bidding process.
- Soliciting accounts for commercial fleet services.
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery for all fleet sales.
- Providing the service department manager with monthly forecasts of commercial and fleet vehicle sales.
- Regularly following up on dealership payments for delivered fleet and commercial vehicles.
- Upholding a professional appearance at all times.
- Participating in management meetings as required.
- Performing other assigned tasks as necessary.
Expectations:
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Ability to meet and exceed manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards.
- Prior customer service experience is essential.
- Strong character and work ethic are required.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- Focus and determination to achieve sales targets.
- Dependable and responsible team player with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
