• Verify Revenue and Expenses: Conduct a thorough review of daily revenue and expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare Daily Reports: Generate detailed reports for the next day's work, including reconciliations and financial summaries.
• Room Rate Verification: Check room rates to ensure accuracy before reporting them on opening night.
• Guest Services: Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ascertaining their lodging and purchasing needs.
• Payment Processing: Collect payments from guests, manage cash drawers, and balance transactions.
• Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile nightly finances and report any discrepancies.
• Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner.

• Strong Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns.
