Job Title: Construction Project Manager for Sign Company

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at American Sign Studio. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful installation of signage and branding projects within our existing portfolio and new projects as they develop. You will play a vital role in coordinating with clients and vendors, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that signage projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Customer Service and Client Liaison: Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure that their needs are met.

• Resource Management: Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Quality Control: Ensure that all signage projects meet the highest quality standards, and that all work is completed to the satisfaction of clients.

• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensure that expenses are tracked and reported accurately, and that projects are completed within budget.

• Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, ensure that deadlines are met, and that projects are completed on time.

• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure that projects are progressing as planned, and that all work is completed to the satisfaction of clients.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and ensure that all processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Design, Construction Management, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience of at least 5 years.

• Strong familiarity and experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Technology oriented, especially proficient in project management software and tools, strong familiarity in Microsoft products.

• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Solution-oriented mindset with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of logistics.

• Industry experience in design, branding, signage, or similar equivalent is not required but really helpful.

• Creativity and high taste level.
