Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Onsite Project Superintendent to oversee modular healthcare construction projects. This role involves managing site operations to deliver high-quality healthcare facilities, including hospitals and medical clinics.

The Project Superintendent will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial sitework to securing necessary approvals.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety compliance on the project site.
  • Oversee all construction activities from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate daily operations with self-performing teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Facilitate effective communication with design, manufacturing, and construction teams.
  • Plan and manage site logistics for installations and deliveries.
  • Document and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • 30 Hour OSHA certification or higher.
  • Experience in healthcare construction projects.
  • Familiarity with ICRA training preferred.
