We are seeking a Ranch Manager - Horseback Riding and Guest Services to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for conducting safe trail rides and ensuring the safety of staff and guests on horseback as well as in the barn area. You will also be a leader within our team, encouraging and supporting your colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our guests every day. In this role, you will liaise clearly and calmly with all necessary members of the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The successful candidate will have proven horse skills, solid guest service experience, and extensive knowledge and experience with horses and western riding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to instruct guests and possess a safety-conscious mindset. Some veterinary knowledge and previous experience teaching lessons are a plus. You will be willing to learn the local area and the other amenities offered by the resort and work well on a team with different personalities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on level of experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, 100% life insurance, paid vacation time, paid holidays, employee discounts, and affordable housing at the ranch.
