Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Training Coordinator to oversee our training and development initiatives in the Hermiston, Oregon area. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and evaluating comprehensive training programs for our employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training activities, including scheduling, organizing, and participating in training sessions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by conducting post-training evaluations and gathering feedback from participants.
  • Update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to deliver specialized training programs.
  • Provide training support to employees, including guidance on training opportunities and addressing training-related queries.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of Security experience or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Instructor, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
