Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and services
- Monitor and evaluate the delivery of care and services to ensure resident needs are met
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Two years of nursing experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting
- One year of supervisory experience with direct care staff
- Current active state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
