Electrical Engineer Associate

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Associate to join our team. As a key member of our electrical engineering group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including ground-breaking initiatives in the US and globally.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality electrical engineering solutions.
- Produce detailed design drawings, electronic models, specifications, and written reports for various projects.
- Organize technical and financial proposals for new work and manage the workload of project discipline engineers and technicians.
- Take responsibility for concept and preliminary engineering solutions for detail design and prepare technical specifications.
- Monitor financial performance of jobs and keep senior staff informed of important decisions.
- Mentor junior electrical engineers and ensure that practices, policies, and services represent the client's best interests.
- Plan, organize, and manage personal workload to meet deadlines and contribute to delivering profitable projects.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design in the building services and construction industry.
- Experience working on projects in sectors such as Higher Education, Museums, Commercial, Transportation Hubs, and/or Stadiums.
- Relevant bachelor or master's degree and Professional Engineer (P.E.) desirable.
- LEED AP accredited preferred and experience using Revit and computational analysis tools.
- Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems, client-facing and communication skills, and ability to problem solve and propose multiple solutions.
